It doesn’t matter how good your product is if people can’t or don’t want to use it. Accessibility makes the difference.
More and more tech is being created outside of the anglosphere. We opened our first office in Shanghai in 2020 to help Chinese tech companies make their documentation more accessible to foreign markets. We’ve worked on documentation and UI for tech giants like Alibaba Cloud and Tencent. As a result, words that we’ve edited have been read by billions of people. We took this responsibility seriously and our reputation grew. Off the back of our success, we branched out into other technical fields and areas like sub-editing for tech sites, user manuals for machinery, and official reports. In our journey we discovered that even tech experts whose native language is English also need a helping in hand in creating professional documentation. That’s why we opened our UK office in 2021.
